Our Purchase/Donation Policy
Currently, we are only accepting donations of 10 to 15 books at a time. If you wish to donate more than that, please call us in advance.

We only purchase books in the areas of Montana History and Native American History. We sometimes purchase children's fiction if you have a complete series. Again, if you have books you would like us to consider purchasing, please call us in advance.
We do NOT accept: encylopedias, text books, self help or how-to books, and any books that are religiously or politically proselytizing.

For donations of books, we offer a credit of $1 off any other used book in the store. Only one credit can be used per book. We keep a list of the number of books that you have donated in the past, so there is no need to bring books every time you come to the store to take advantage of your credits.

Come celebrate the re-issue of The Whole Country was One Robe!
Join us at the Little Shell Ceremonial Center to celebrate the re-issue of The Whole Country was One Robe, by Nicholas Vrooman. This is the history of the Little Shell Tribe of Chippewa of Montana and has been out of print for many years, so it will be quite a joyful celebration! Although Mr. Vrooman has passed away, there will be lots of exciting speakers. We'll have copies of the book for sale at the event and hopefully a stock later in the store. Hope you can join us!
